Management Of Strengthening Character Education In Fostering Morals Of Karimah Students At Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Bandung Regency

This research is motivated by the thought of developing character education, especially in world education as a strategic step for sustainability and excellence nation future. The that expected to shape young generation Indonesian nation, considering main priority educational goals current government. In accordance with reference President Joko Widodo's vision, namely carrying out "Mental Revolution" through policies contained Presidential Regulation Republic Indonesia No. 87 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education. However, some student phenomena are found, example not doing homework, cheating, skipping school without permission, or being indifferent cleanliness environment, fights between students, bullying, brawl lazy study. It hoped programs madrasas based on Islamic boarding schools, students can participate planting activities, one which activities schools. study aims determine analyze: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, (4) Evaluation, (5) results, (6) Barriers capacity, (7) Solutions overcome obstacles. There three foundations this research, covering theological, philosophical six value systems. theory underlies management quality theory. uses qualitative approach case method. Data was collected using triangulation techniques interviews, document studies, field observations. With subject, head school, madrasa, teachers students. analysis carried data reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing. As conclusions general, development noble character, Boarding School program at Madrasas Al-Jawahir Al-Ihsan School, oriented mission must be realized certain time analysis. resources owned both human other resources, so achievement realized.
